With the US Nationals looming only 2 week away, I headed up to Williams, AZ to get a little altitude training in. This is something that was greatly needed due to the fact I live at 1,200 feet. The prognosis? Well it hurt but I think I’m on form for the Nationals.
I'm an average guy who is trying to live an above average life. What does that mean? Well I have a lot of up's and downs in life just like anyone so I hope to share some of my thoughts and adventures along the roller-coaster of life. I hope to try and entertain readers with funny stories, product reviews and plain nonsense. I started this blog in 2010 when I was a rider on the Gary Fisher 29er Crew and after a few year hiatus I’m back with new tails and adventures.
